Consultations, preoperative and postoperative examinations are conducted in our office in Greenwich, Connecticut.
Outpatient surgeries are done at Greenwich Hospital, the Greenwich Hospital Outpatient Surgery Center at the Holly Hill Campus, or at The Summer Street Ambulatory Surgery Center. Located approximately one hour from Manhattan, the surgery centers are licensed by the State of Connecticut and all are fully certified for outpatient surgery and anesthesia by the American Association for Accreditation of Ambulatory Surgical Facilities (www.aaaasf.org).

I-95 (South) From Norwalk Exit 4 Indian Field Road-Cos Cob. Turn right at light. Go to 2nd light at end of street. Turn left onto US 1 (Putnam Avenue) and proceed 8 lights to Lafayette Place (approximately 1.2 miles). Turn right and continue straight past rotary onto Perryridge Road.

Southbound make right onto North Street.
Northbound make left onto North Street. Follow North Street all the way to the end (approximately 4-1/2 miles), then turn left onto Maple Avenue. At light, bear right onto Putnam Avenue (US1). Continue 1/4 mile to light at Lafayette Place and turn right. Continue straight past the rotary onto Perryridge Road.

Turn right onto Summer Street. 1290 Summer Street is on your right. The surgicenter is on the 3rd floor, Suite 3100. Enter through the door straight at the end of the hallway. I-95 South Exit 8 Elm Street. Turn right onto Elm Street (becomes Grove Street) and travel .5 miles to Hoyt Street. Turn left on Hoyt Street then right onto Bedford Street. Then turn left onto Second Street and left onto Summer Street. Once you turn, 1290 Summer Street will be on your right. The surgicenter is on the 3rd floor, Suite 3100. Enter through the door straight at the end of the hallway. If locked, ring the call button next to the door on your right to notify the nurse.
Merritt Parkway North Exit 34 Turn right onto Long Ridge Road/CT 104 S. Follow Long Ridge Road 2.4 mi. where the road merges into Summer Street. Continue .8 mi. 1290 Summer Street is on your right. From New York:Take Exit 2 and bear left onto Delavan Avenue. Proceed .5 miles to N. Warer Street. Turn right and continue to the merge with Byram Road. Bear left on Byram Road to W. Putname Avenue (Route 1). Turn right and proceed .4 miles to Holly Hill Lane. Turn Right. Follow signs to #55 (at the corner of Muskrat Pond Drive). Parking off Muskrat Pond Drive.

From Central Greenwich: Our facility is approximately 1.7 miles west of Greenwich's Central Business District (Greenwich Avenue and W. Putnam Avenue)> From this intersection, go west on W. Putnam 1.6 miles to Holly Hill Lane. Turn Left. Follow signs to #55 (at the corner of Muskrat Pond Drive). Parking off Muskrat Pond Drive.
From New York: At the Connecticut border, take W. Putname Avenue .3 miles to Holly Hill Lane. Turn Right. Follow signs to #55 (at the corner of Muskrat Pond Drive). Parking off Muskrat Pond Drive.
